Feedback Focus: Individuals
The Leader Action Profile (LAP) assessment provides managers with feedback on the Directive and Supportive Behaviours described in the Situational Leadership II Model. It identifies the frequency with which managers use specific leader behaviours in one-to-one situations with the people they lead. In addition, employee satisfaction is measured to indicate the appropriateness of those behaviours.
Pretesting allows you to establish baseline data prior to your SLII training, and posttesting enables you to link results of the training back to your organisation.
The assessment includes one Self questionnaire, seven Other questionnaires, and one Profile (feedback report).
